What is Challenge?
Sunday worship is the focal point of all that we do and is both informal yet also respectful of the God whom we are worshipping. Teaching is presented in a way that is understandable with clear instruction as to how to apply what we learn to our day to day lives.
Community is not just at the heart of our name, it’s the heart of our church life too. We seek to reach out to the community around us, showing the love of Jesus in practical ways that meet real needs such as debt management, gardening, a parent and toddler group and Open House, our weekly drop in morning where people can get free legal advice, support for job searching if unemployed and free debt advice (as well as enjoying home made cake!)
Whether you have many years of church experience or none at all, whether you are a biblical scholar or have never opened a Bible in your life, whether you are rich or poor, employed, unemployed or retired, able bodied or physically challenged, young, old or somewhere in between you will be made to feel welcome, valued and loved.
Take a look at our Family Values which bind us together as a family of God.
See who our elders are and find out a little about them.
