The leadership team are responsible for the spiritual and pastoral oversight of the fellowship, setting the future vision of the church and equipping the members to serve through teaching and example. In biblical terminology, the leaders shepherd, oversee, lead, and care for the local church.

There is no hierarchy with the leadership team, each serving as an equal.
